The house, which was built at the turn of the 20th century, is still known as the Teutsch House. Due to its size and style, the prestigious image of the building had a great influence on the square's aspect. There were several transformations effected in different periods according to the needs of the owners and users, but they were more harmful than useful to the building. Following are proposals regarding the restoration and use of the building.
