Résumé:
The Thalia Hall, the former Great Tower, was opened in 2001, as the new headquarters of Sibiu's Philharmonic Orchestra, but the exterior finishing and the integration into the urban landscape continued until 2006. The rehabilitation, reconstruction, refurbishment and enlargement concept of the ensemble aimed at the rediscovery, the restoring and the valuation of the fortress' towers and walls from the 14-16-17th centuries, as historic-compositional guide marks of the rebuilt ensemble.
