Rezumat:
In 2007 the conservation of the tower pertaining to the Lutheran Church A. C. in Bistriþa was launched. The already standing timber scaffolding enabled a close examination of the carved stone elements, which due to being quarried in different geological regions, conferred the tower a rich chromatic variation. Their preservation became an urgent task, since the fire in 2008 accelerated their deterioration, by changing both their colour and structure, as well as causing in time possible static problems.
