There are numerous historic buildings worldwide that, unfortunately, have only been preserved as ruins. Establishing the degree of intervention during conservation process is a general issue in professional circles, i.e. to reconstruct a ruin following its archaeological excavation or merely to compile its detailed and accurate documentation. In case of a reconstruction, it is important to precisely mark the completed parts for the knowledge of future generations.
