Rezumat:
The Romanian Ministry for European Integration called in September 2002 for applications regarding the execution of the “Business Centre Millenium III. Maia Mare” project, involving the rehabilitation of three listed buildings and turning them into modern offices, as well as the renovation of the historic main square's pavement and traffic. As a result of the work of Harcon Co., the town became again the centre of the region, not only from an administrative point of view, but also in its atmosphere.
